Refund Policy — Punted Bunny Media

1. Digital products
All products sold by Punted Bunny Media are digital downloads (printable PDF or STL files). No physical item is shipped. Because digital files can’t be “returned” once downloaded, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges except as described below.

2. When we WILL help
Contact us within 14 days of purchase if:

• A file is corrupted, won’t open, or won’t download
• Pages or parts are missing from what the listing describes
• Fillable fields don’t work in Adobe Acrobat Reader
• The product is materially different from its description

We’ll first try to fix the problem by sending a corrected or replacement file. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll issue a full refund.

3. What isn’t covered

• Change of mind after purchase or download
• Expecting a physical product
• Printing problems caused by printer settings, ink, paper or scaling (please print at 100% / “Actual Size” and use the ½” check square on every parts page)
• Colour differences between your screen and your printer
• Compatibility with software other than Adobe Acrobat Reader for fillable fields
• Purchasing a single kit you already own as part of a bundle

4. Before you buy
Every listing describes exactly what’s included, page counts, file format and supplies needed. If you have questions, message us before purchasing — we’re happy to help.

5. How to request help
Message us through Etsy (or via www.puntedbunny.com) with your order number and a short description or screenshot of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

6. Your rights
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
